 Diane began her Human Capital Consulting career in 1987 working for a recruiting firm in the Aerospace Industry. Afterward she worked as an administrative assistant in a human resources department. Diane has realized continuing professional growth through the ranks in human capital management. Her business expertise began as co-founder of two of Atlanta’s longest surviving and most popular restaurants, Provino’s and Scalini’s Italian Restaurants. In 2001, she founded and currently serves as President of Performance Strategies, Inc. and oversees and directs the daily operations of PSI while providing leadership and direction for the company’s future growth.
Diane has acquired extensive experience in managing human resources. She recognizes ever-increasing needs from organizations for access to experienced talent, information, and resources to assist in day-to-day productivity and profitability goals.
